Thanks for the tip. Will put it on my GD To Do List. Which somehow keeps growing ... Can't imagine how ...

Some others I really like (already on Strat's list) are 5/6, 5/16, 10/16 (Milk Weg) and 10/19 (Barcelona). Must listen to some of those others when I've got a spare year :-)

The Barcelona SBD's are awful . I can't listen to them with my sensitive ears . I asked HS for a matrix but no dice . I really want to listen to that 2nd set .

Phil is mia (true for the whole Europe tour)and Jerry is low in the mix for the first two songs but it is a pretty clear board and Jerry is crystal clear for the rest of the show. I've always liked the sound although I'd be the first to buy a Europe 1981 road trips (10-12 and 10-19).

My impression was that Phil actually wasn't as MIA on this as he often is in the early 80s. That's the biggest downside to early 80s for me.

That and I don't like Brent's ... what's it called? Not the B3, which I like, but the Toys R Us thing. (I'm sure someone here can educate me. I'm not at all good on the different instruments.)

You'd have to climb over me, Billy. Especially if the Melkweg show was involved as well.

See, that's the advantage of having ignorant ears :-) I'll have to listen to it again and try to figure out what you mean. I really am not knowledgeable about sound quality, except in the vague, "that sounded good, that was fuzzy" kinda way.
